Carrie Underwood is an American singer, songwriter, and actor. In 2005, she became famous by winning of the 4th Season of American Idol TV show. She has numerous hits to her credits and has also bagged various awards for her singles and albums. Carrie Underwood is her real name. The full name sounds Carrie Marie Underwood. Carrie Underwood was born on 10th March 1983 in Muskogee, OK and now she is at age 41. Her father’s name is Stephen Underwood and he was a worker in a carton factory. Her mother’s name is Carole Shatswell, she was an elementary school teacher. Carrie’s parents are still alive, despite the rumors, that her dad died. They celebrated 50th wedding anniversary in 2018. American Idol Award

The singer is an ardent fan of writer Stephen King and his 1980s best selling book (which was later adapted to a movie) became the inspiration for her single “Two Black Cadillacs”. Carrie is an animal lover, she has two pups, Ace and Penny. Also she is a practical vegan.
